Coordination office „Management of regional organic food in the out-of-home-catering”
The aim of the project is to continuously increase the share of organic products in out-of-home-catering in the city of Munich. Therefore, the existing organic-local market structures are to be captured and strengthened. Further local value chains will be built up and established, as well as flanked by information and networking offers. In order to fulfil these tasks a coordination office “Management of regional organic food in the out-of-home-catering” in the city of Munich will be created.
Activities of ECOZEPT:
Ecozept is conducting this project together with Fibl Projekte GmbH, Bioland e.V. and Naturland Zeichen GmbH. The project consists of three working packages: analysing and developing market structures, creation of market relationships as well as informing and networking. Different tools will be used to work on the packages. These include: evaluation of statistical data, identifying offer & demand, current procurement structures and supply potentials, initiating and stabilizing supplier relationships, supporting inter-company cooperation and implementing training and networking opportunities (excursions, B-to-B events).
