Project aim:

The “Banque des territoires” has launched a call for projects to support the agricultural and energy transition. The selected local authorities will be able to receive support in various forms: studies, expert reports and advice for the success of the projects.A consortium including Espélia, Phoenix, Groupe Ginger, Planète Publique, Seban Avocats and Ecozept has been selected to provide support to projects in a variety of areas.

Activities of ECOZEPT:

The support provided could cover a range of activities:

- Analysis of the size of the market and the market share targeted by the project

- Identification of the main competitors, analysis of competitive intensity and the structure's comparative advantage

- Identification of the main market risks and opportunities

- Recommendations on the project's positioning and sales and marketing strategy

Ecozept will be working in particular on market studies, focusing on the agricultural and food transition and the circular economy.

The aim of the project in the Lahn-Dill-Gießen region in the German federal state of Hessen is to measurably increase the proportion of regionally sourced organic food in school canteens. The project focuses on the development of supply relationships and networking between regional producers and processors as well as catering companies and schools.
