Project aim:
Ecozept, in partnership with AND International, carry out a market study of organic products based on external data, panels and surveys. The aim will be to estimate the market share of organic products by market sector and product category.
Activities of ECOZEPT:
Ecozept is carrying out market research in the out-of-home catering sector, in particular through surveys of collective catering services, wholesalers supplying the out-of-home catering sector, and certified and notified commercial catering networks.
Our team is also studying the sector of local alternative grocery shops. The aim of the study is to analyze trends in organic food and in the number of alternative grocery shops. To do this, economic data is being collected via an online survey sent to grocery shops, telephone calls and qualitative interviews with the various brands and grocery shop groups.
