Project aim:
Within the framework of the state programme "BioRegio 2020" ECOZEPT wass responsible for the conception and implementation of all communication measures for organic food from Bavaria and in particular for the introduction of the regional quality brand "Bayerisches Bio-Siegel".

Activities of ECOZEPT:
Together with its partners bioculture (graphics and design) and MxM (press and public relations), ECOZEPT has designed and implemented several image campaigns, created advertising material, the website and various events to promote the Bavarian Organic Seal.

Organic market analysis of catering companies and alternative selling points in France

Ecozept, in partnership with AND International, conducts surveys among professionals in two sectors. On the one hand, with commercial catering companies in order to know the level of integration of organic products and their expectations in terms of promotion and communication in favour of organic products. This study is part of a larger program for the catering industry, carried out by the French Agence Bio: "Du Bio, Chef ! On the other hand, a study amongst alternative grocery shops will be carried out: bulk or zero waste shops, collaborative shops, organic "locavore" grocery shops and organic producers' shops, in order to identify the evolution of their turnover made with organic products between 2021 and 2022.

Bio Regio Management in Munich

Coordination office „Management of regional organic food in the out-of-home-catering”

The aim of the project is to continuously increase the share of organic products in out-of-home-catering in the city of Munich. Therefore, the existing organic-local market structures are to be captured and strengthened. Further local value chains will be built up and established, as well as flanked by information and networking offers. In order to fulfil these tasks a coordination office “Management of regional organic food in the out-of-home-catering” in the city of Munich will be created.

OPUS- Open University of Strasbourg

As part of its OPUS - Open University of Strasbourg - project, the University of Strasbourg is seeking to strengthen its links with civil society, and in particular with economic players. Thematic communities' have been created, made up of players from the academic, economic, institutional and civil spheres. As part of the 'sustainable development' thematic community, Ecozept was called in to provide a methodological framework and run the launch day.
