The French “Département de la Haute-Loire” aims to re-localize food supply on a regional level.

Activities of ECOZEPT:
In this framework and together with Delphine Ducoeurjoly and the environmental organization CPIE du Velay, ECOZEPT undertakes an inventory of regional and organic food and develops a strategy for their use and monitoring in 36 regional canteens (mostly schools). With this objective, ECOZEPT coordinates a public participating process with local actors. We also have created a nomenclature which allows the managers to track their local procurement.
