Project aim:
In cooperation with AND-I, we analyse the match between supply and demand for organic fruit and vegetables, focusing on consumer perceptions and expectations.
Activities of ECOZEPT:
To do this, we carry out a survey and opinion polls of economic players in the sector, an economic analysis, and an analysis of statistics on production, harvesting, supply and consumption. We also carry out a benchmark on the organic fruit and vegetable sector in Germany. Finally, we study the point of view of consumers via 4 focus groups (Lyon and Paris) and a quantitative survey on a representative national sample (800 respondents).
