Project aim:
The Aude Department wanted to initiate a new cycle of development for the "Pays Cathare" brand, particularly on its food component in a changing context: a strong demand for regional products with new opportunities and at the same time, increased competition between territories and between brands.
Activities of ECOZEPT:
ECOZEPT has accompanied the territory in this reflection, through surveys of local food industry actors and consumers. The objective was to co-construct, in fine, a relevant strategy on the repositioning of food products marked " Pays Cathare " and an operational action plan.
