Project aim:
We regularly carry out an assessment of the situation and prospects of specialized organic retail in France: study of targeted themes, key data, structures, current issues.
Activities of ECOZEPT:
To this end, we conduct surveys among a representative sample of organic retailers in France in order to collect data and information. Recently, we have focused on various current issues: prospects in the face of intense competition from conventional supermarkets, the place of local products, traditional sections (butchery, cheese shop, etc.), bulk products, food packaging, etc.
