Project aim:
An organic labelled French fish farm wants to go further in sustainable production and tries to sell canned organic juvenile fresh-water fishes.

Activities of ECOZEPT:
We realised an ad-hoc market study for canned fish (organic trout)  in France by storechecks, bibliography and expert interviewing. This work allowed to assess the commercial potential of this innovative project.

BIOVALUE

European research project on biodiversity in the food value chain and on the plate

BIOVALUE - Fork to farm Agent Based simulation tool augmenting BIOdiversity in the agri-food VALUE-chain is a research project supported by the European Union in the framework of the Horizon 2020 program. It aims to analyze the link between genetic diversity, food supply chain, environment, consumer preferences and health in order to increase crop biodiversity.  This project brings together 17 partners in 12 countries. Logistics and commercial mutualization training

ADEAR 37 is supporting a group of 15 producers who wish to pool their production efforts. As part of this initiative, ECOZEPT contributed its expertise by presenting the principles of mutualization along with several concrete case studies. The goal was to broaden participants’ understanding of the various forms such a collaborative project can take. The training aimed to spark collective reflection on the challenges and opportunities of mutualization, grounded in real-world examples.

Analysis of the market structure and market share of organic products within the out-of-home catering sector in Germany

To date, there has been a lack of reliable data on the significance of organic products in out-of-home catering in Germany. The project aims to address this knowledge gap by developing a method to regularly capture the monetary value of organic food in the out-of-home catering (OHC) sector.
