Project aim:
Within the framework of the Inter-Territorial Food Project of the Sarrebourg and Saulnois region, we supported a group of farmers and dairy cooperatives in order to valorize their production locally through a common project and a product range. The aim was to conduct an in-depth market study in order to formalize a strategy of valorization.

Activities of ECOZEPT:
ECOZEPT proposed a marketing strategy and an operational plan following bibliographic research, exchanges with potential clients and a series of benchmarks. We proposed several marketing scenarios to the collective and then returned to the potential clients to formalize the project.
