Project aim:
Within the framework of the inter-territorial food project (PAT) of the Sarrebourg and Saulnois region, we have accompanied a group of fish farmers (carp, pike-perch, pike, roach, ...) in the setting up of a mutualized processing project. In association with CERFRANCE Gascogne Occitane, we conducted a market study and a technical-economic and legal feasibility study.
Activities of ECOZEPT:
ECOZEPT proposed a marketing strategy and an operational plan following bibliographic research, exchanges with potential clients and a consumer survey. A series of benchmarks allowed us to compare this project with other existing approaches. CERFRANCE GO proposed several scenarios for the implementation of a tool and the collective and studied the technical and economic feasibility of the selected scenario.
