Project aim:
On behalf of the regional organic umbrella organisation Cluster Bio Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes (South East France), Ecozept continuously conducts market studies on organic prodcuts in different European countries and abroad. The target of the studies is to give French organic companies insights into the corresponding export markets and recommendations for action as well as to establish business contacts.

Activities of ECOZEPT:
In addition to the analysis of the current markets’ situation and the description of market tendencies for organic products and natural cosmetics, company profiles of important players in retail and distribution are created. This is carried out through various desktop research and SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat) analyses.

Update of the practical guide “More organic in local communities”

Strategies and approaches for the successful introduction of organic food in the local authority catering sector.

The aim of the project is to update the guidelines 'More organic in local authorities', which have been in existence since 2017. Ecozept and its partners are adapting the content in line with changes in administrative and funding legislation and are providing up-to-date examples of good practice from different areas of local authority catering.
