Project aim:
The Société Mosellane des Eaux (SME), in partnership with Metz Métropole, the Syndicat des Eaux of Metz region and the Agence de l'Eau, would like to study the feasibility of developing income-generating supply chains that could protect the water resources of the Rupt-de-Mad catchment areas, from production in the territory to the marketing of products via short and long channels (complementarity).

Activities of ECOZEPT:
Our work is articulated in two phases: the first allowing us to identify the most relevant supply chains to be studied, taking into account the particularities of the territory, and the second aiming to study the feasibility of setting up the selected supply chains (2 to 3). The aim is to determine the building blocks based on a cross-analysis from the point of view of the production, processing/packaging and marketing actors. The facilitation of a dialogue within the sectors through expert interviews and consultation workshops will enable the challenges and problems of the supply chains in the territory to be taken into account.
